The main factors for the uneven color of the oxide film of door and window profiles
When the door and window profile is dyed, the swing in the tank is too large. Because the area of the door and window profile is too large, there are some differences in the contact between the edge and center of the door and window profile and the solution, which will also cause the color of the oxide film on the surface of the door and window profile to be inconsistent.
The aluminum-clad door and window profiles are partially damaged during processing. The outer layer of aluminum is high-quality aluminum, and the inner layer is mixed aluminum. The two types of aluminum materials are very different, which will accelerate the oxidation of aluminum and appear on the surface of the door and window profiles. For the occurrence of this phenomenon, the customer cannot understand and cannot accept the occurrence of this phenomenon, so before that, it is necessary to explain the reason to the customer.
In the oxidation process operation, there may be various problems such as incomplete alkali corrosion treatment of the workpiece, alkaline surface of the door and window profiles, and no polishing treatment after alkali etching. We should propose countermeasures to solve the current problems. We can control the swing amplitude of the door and window profiles in the groove to prevent the uneven color of the surface oxide film.
