Mingmei Technology – Saudi International Industrial Exhibition
2024 Saudi International Industrial Exhibition
From October 21 to 23, Mingmei Technology will exhibit at the 2024 Saudi International Industrial Exhibition, held at The Arena Riyadh Venue for Exhibitions in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. The company will showcase a comprehensive range of processed magnesium and magnesium alloy products, highlighting its advanced manufacturing capabilities in extruded profiles, sheets, bars, and other forms.
Ming Magnesium Advantages
Mingmei is currently constructing Phase II of its project, which includes the construction of 100,000 square meters of new factory space and the acquisition of additional large-scale extrusion presses with capacities of 3,000 tons and 6,000 tons. These facilities will be integrated with the existing plant to create an intelligent, high-value-added magnesium alloy processing industrial park that encompasses alloying, extrusion, rolling, intelligent welding, heat treatment, and surface treatment.
The Middle East is highly interested in magnesium products.
Technical challenges in the application of magnesium and magnesium alloys:
*Difficulty in deformation
*Poor corrosion resistance
*Poor weldability
*Room-temperature cold-bending capability
Mingmei Technology has successfully overcome the aforementioned challenges, and its current technologies and products are at the forefront of the magnesium industry both domestically and internationally, having also obtained third-party certifications.
I find the Bio-Magnesium “Pearl Magnesium” series quite novel; I never imagined magnesium could be applied in so many different fields.
This exhibition was a resounding success. Moving forward, Mingmagnesium Technology will continue to drive the development of the magnesium industry and expand the application horizons of magnesium alloys.
