Product Description
The performance index of the high-strength Mg alloy sheet exceeds than some of aluminum alloy grades. After rolling process optimization and heat treatment parameters, it is obtained rolling plate grain size <10 microns, the use of special rolling, even to obtain sub-micron fine grain structure.
The company has overcome the international problem of poor stamping capabilities for magnesium alloy sheets and strips. The company adopts continuous casting and rolling process to produce high-strength and toughness superplastic sheet and strip products with a thickness of 0.5-10 mm and a width of 800 mm. Its mechanical properties are better than those of existing magnesium alloy products.
